Patch Administrator

Nottingham. 35 hours per week, Maternity leave cover until 31 November 2018.

As a Patch Administrator you'll use your positive attitude, your knowledge of great customer service and advances secretarial skills to deliver service to our members, representatives and staff.

It's a job full of possibilities as you could get involved in anything from diary management to arranging and attending regional events to uploading documents onto our systems. We'll look to you to arrange travel, produce documents and reports, prioritise appointments and liaise with our members, representatives and teams. It's a great way to build your knowledge of our work and develop your potential.

As a Patch Administrator your will work as part of a team with a flexible approach to managing workload and pressures.

You will influence critical decisions about office procedures and ways of working.

Taking care of our members will be your primary role, but you'll also see the possibilities that new members can bring. A key part of what you do will be to suggest innovative approaches to grow our membership.

We expect you to look after our members, and we expect you to be rewarded for it. As well as a whole range of learning and development opportunities. We have a highly competitive pay structure, as well as flexible working, and annual leave of up to 32 days
