Head of Business Unit, Nursing Department
London HQ Based , 35 Hours per week, Permanent
As the Head of the Business Unit you'll use your positive attitude, your knowledge of business and project management processes and your ability to deliver effective products and services to support continuous improvement.
You will be part of the leadership and management team within the nursing department, and will have oversight of the programmes of work to achieve positive change for the nursing community and those who they care for.
You will have a strong track record in developing and delivering business strategies that enable the delivery of organisational objectives. You will understand how to manage competing priorities effectively and how to motivate and organise people to achieve timely delivery of objectives.
As the Head of the Business Unit you will be supporting the Nursing Department to continue on its transformation journey, embedding project management approaches in an enthusiastic and supportive team.
