Graduate Trainee x2 (Customer Services), Library and Archive Services
RCN UK HQ Office, 35 Hours per week, 12 month Fixed Term Contract or Secondment. Start Date September 2018

Please note we are also recruiting for a Graduate Trainee (Collection Development) position. Applicants will be considered for both posts, so please specify on your Supporting Statement if you do not want us to consider you for both roles.

As our Graduate Trainee (Customer Services), you'll use your enthusiasm, your positivity and your customer service skills to deliver an exceptional Library service to our members.

In this varied role every day will be filled with possibilities. You will get involved in anything from helping our members find resources to assisting with enquiries. We'll look to you to help care for the physical space, undertake placements in various library departments and give outstanding customer service. It's a great way to build your skills and experience and develop your potential.

As our Graduate Trainee (Customer Services), you'll influence how our service runs whilst also undertaking a training programme and learning how library and information services operate.
