Assistant Administrator, RCN UK HQ, 35 hours, Permanent contract
As an Assistant Administrator for our London Region Office, you'll use your positive attitude, administrative and reception skills to support our local team. It's a job full of possibilities as you could get involved in a wide range of activities and responsibilities. You will use your enthusiasm, your positivity and your customer service skills to deliver an exceptional service to our members and team.
In this busy role you will be the face of the London Region, welcoming our visitors and members to the office. We will look to you to manage our room booking system and audio visual requirements for meetings, ensure our refreshments and stationery stock levels are maintained and to deal with enquires.
You will use your excellent communication skills to liaise with our facilities, IT team and external organisations. You will also join us on our membership and recruitment drives, type correspondence and input data when needed. It's a great way to build on your skills, experience and develop your potential.
A key part of what you do will be to offer a high level of customer service to visitors and staff alike. You will need to be professional and resilient when faced with challenging circumstances.
