RCN HQ, 35 hours per week (9.30 am to 5.30 pm, Monday to Friday) Permanent
As the Personal Assistant within the Chief Executive & General Secretary and President's office, you will use your positive attitude and your exceptional PA skills to support the Executive office.
In this varied role every day will be filled with possibilities. You will assist and support the Executive Assistant to provide a high level, comprehensive and professional service in the Executive Office supporting the Chief Executive & General Secretary, President and Deputy President.
Through the provision of efficient and effective secretarial and administrative duties we'll look to you to make arrangements for meetings and travel, draft correspondence and be the first point of contact for the office. It's a great way to build on your skills and experience and develop your potential.
