Membership Department Administrator
Cardiff Gate Office, 35 hours, Fixed Term Contract or Secondment until 31st August 2018
As Membership Department Administrator, you'll use your positive attitude and your administrative skills to support our Membership Management Team. In this varied role every day will be filled with possibilities. You will support the Head of Department, and other managers in the team. We'll look to you to make arrangements for meetings and travel, take minutes of meetings, manage stationery and deal with general enquiries. You will be involved in anything from undertaking audits to supporting projects. It's a great way to build on your skills and experience and develop your potential.
To join us you'll need proven administrative or secretarial skills and whatever your background you'll be efficient, accurate and show a real customer focus in all you do.
A key part of what you do will be to suggest and help to implement innovative approaches to managing the sharing of knowledge and information within the department across the range of projects and workstreams that helps keep everyone up to date.
