Customer Retention Consultant
Cardiff Gate Office, 27.5 hours between Mon - Friday 8.30am - 8.30pm. Fixed Term Contract or Secondment until 31st July 2018
As our Customer Retention Consultant you'll use your enthusiasm, your positivity and your customer service skills to deliver an exceptional service to our members.
Your primary role will be to call members to encourage them to renew by providing advice on membership, services and payments. Your first class service will be key in ensuring membership retention and our continued growth.
The role of Customer Retention consultant presents a great opportunity to be part of a highly effective team within the RCN's Membership Administration department.
