Location: Cardiff Gate, Birmingham & Scotland – Hybrid Working

Tenure of contract, 35 hours per week, 14 months Fixed Term Contract

Salary range per annum: £36,705 - £41,466 pro rata (plus inner London weighting were applicable)

As a Front-End Engineer you’ll use your positive attitude, your knowledge of Front-End software languages and skills and your ability to deliver new web and/or business systems including the requirements gathering, design, development and implementation in line with corporate strategy.

It's a job full of possibilities as you could get involved in anything from Front-End software to Back-End Software implementation and the ability to show your skills as a Developer. We'll look to you to develop and maintain the in-house software solutions, products, platforms and observing industry coding standards. It's a great way to build your knowledge of our work and develop your potential.

To join us you’ll need Front End Development skills and, ideally, a background in a relevant area such as Frontend software languages (e.g. ReactJS / NextJS / JavaScript / TypeScript / HTML5 / CSS3)

We offer a competitive pay structure with annual pay progression until you reach the top of the salary scale. We normally offer new employees the first point of the salary range, although you may be able to negotiate a higher starting salary depending on your skills, experience and current salary.

Our hybrid working model allows for up to 60% of your working time to be carried out from home. At least 40% of your working time will be spent working in person.
