As our Content Design Manager, you will take a data-first, evidence-led approach which puts our members front-and-centre of everything the team does.
You’ll be responsible for developing and maintaining our digital presence and ensuring that we maximise opportunities to reach our key audiences through our website, emails and text. You'll manage a talented team who develop and structure online content – such as webpages, emails and digital journeys – so it is clear, user‑focused and helps our members achieve their goals, in line with our own strategic goals. It combines writing, design and strategy to make digital experiences accessible, engaging and effective. It's a high-profile role in our busy and energetic communications department. You will be leading our digital communications – ensuring our approach engages and informs. Your energy and ideas will be crucial to ensuring that our work has maximum and long-lasting impact.
You’ll be an experienced manager who can demonstrate your ability to manage a team, delegate effectively and develop team members.
You’ll be technically proficient and skilled in the use of digital tools and techniques and bring your expert knowledge and skills to develop our approach to digital communications. As well as having exceptional communication skills, you’ll have experience of working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
You’ll be a skilled negotiator, and able to establish trust and communicate decisions effectively as well as being able to work with senior leaders and stakeholders.
