As a Governance Administrator within our busy Governance Support Team you’ll use your enthusiasm, positivity and your customer service skills to provide excellent administrative support to RCN Council and a wide range of committees, working groups and executive staff as required.
You will develop and maintain good working relationships with members of the Council, governance and other committees and groups as well as executive staff by providing excellent administrative and committee support to help them to discharge their duties effectively and by demonstrating high levels of customer focus, listening and responding to individual and collective needs.
To join us you’ll need exceptional customer service skills and, ideally, a background in a relevant area such as a membership organisation or a Trade Union. You will need to be highly organised, able to work within tight timelines and have excellent IT skills, particularly Microsoft Office packages.
As well as being a strong team player, you’ll need excellent verbal and written communication skills and a high level of attention to detail. You will have the initiative to take personal ownership of projects and to prioritise your workload to ensure you own and your departmental deadlines are achieved.
