Receptionist and Administrative Support Assistant
RCN Birmingham Office, 35 hours, Permanent

As Receptionist and Administrative Support Assistant and a valued member of the Administration Team, you will use your enthusiasm, your positivity and your excellent customer service skills to deliver an exceptional telephone and administration service to support our members and other stakeholders.

Every day will be filled with possibilities as you fully utilise your excellent IT skills in this fast-moving customer focused environment. Working closely with the Administration Coordinator, Patch Administrators and the wider Administration Teams; you will deliver an excellent and confidential service. With the focus on your customer service skills, your excellent telephone manner and strong IT skills; you will build lasting relationships and make an impact in a place where people, quality and value mean everything.

To join us you’ll need to have excellent literacy, numeracy and organisational skills. Your previous experience to communicate clearly and concisely at all levels by telephone, email and face to face will be invaluable. Your ability to use Microsoft Office applications and to undertake a busy and varied workload whilst maintaining a calm and measured approach, will need to be demonstrated at all times.
