RCN London Region Office, 35 hours, Fixed Term Contract or Secondment until June 2022
As our Assistant Administrator you’ll use your customer service skills and your enthusiasm. You'll express positivity and use your administrative and reception skills to deliver an exceptional service to our members and support our local team.
In this role you will be the face of the London Region welcoming our visitors and members to the office. We will look to you to manage our room booking system and audio-visual requirements for meetings, ensure our stationery stock levels are maintained and to deal with enquires, type up correspondence and input data.
We'll look to you ensure any messages for colleagues are concise and accurate, and to make courier bookings as and when necessary. You'll use your excellent communication skills to liaise with our facilities, IT team and other organisations. It's a great way to build on your skills and experience and develop your potential.
