Member Engagement Administrator
RCN Scotland HQ Office, 35 hours per week, Fixed Term Contract or Secondment until end of December 2021

As our Member Engagement Administrator, you’ll use your positive attitude plus your knowledge and understanding of providing a professional quality administrative service, to deliver a comprehensive administrative support service to the Nursing, Policy & Professional Practice team in Scotland.

In this varied role every day will be filled with possibilities. You will get involved in anything from arranging and organising meetings to supporting engagement activities for registered nurses, nursing support workers and nursing students. We'll look to you to provide administrative support to projects, deal with enquiries and undertake relevant research while working collaboratively to support the wider team. It's a great way to build on your skills and experience and develop your potential.

A key part of what you do will be to provide administrative support to nursing professional practice projects and workstreams, including delivering a high level of customer service to RCN members involved in member meetings.

To join us you’ll need experience of carrying out administrative duties in support of projects, experience of meeting administration including organising meetings and updating actions; and have excellent prioritisation skills.
