Senior Nurse Policy & Professional Practice
RCN Scotland HQ Office (Edinburgh), 35 hours, 12 month Fixed Term Contract or Secondment

As our Senior Nurse Policy & Professional Practice you will be part of a forward-thinking responsive team working in a matrix structure supporting RCN Scotland to identify, influence and advise on the implications of Scottish health & social care policies and strategies on current practice and nursing workforce in Scotland. You will also be involved in representing the RCN in national and regional groups and policy development.

In this varied role every day will be filled with possibilities. You will get involved in implementing the RCN’s ambition to be the voice of nursing, through developing relationships with stakeholders and members, work with colleagues across the policy and professional practice department within Scotland and across the UK.
