IT Operations Manager

Location: London or Cardiff, 35 hours, Permanent

As our IT Operations Manager you’ll use your positive attitude, your knowledge of IT and your ability to deliver reliable solutions to the RCN.

It's a job full of possibilities as you could get involved in anything from IT Security to Service desk and Contact Centre support. We'll look to you to provide support for all servers within our organisation as well as providing support for our Office 365 environment and also providing GDPR advice to the organisation. It's a great way to build your knowledge of our work and develop your potential.

In this varied role every day will be filled with possibilities. You will get involved in anything from laptops to information governance. It's a great way to build on your skills and experience and develop your potential.

As IT Operations Manager, you’ll influence critical decisions about the technologies used to support the RCN in addition to managing some organisational wide projects whilst influencing stakeholders and building key external relationships.
