As Librarian and Information Services Manager you'll ensure delivery of an excellent library service to RCN members, activists and staff in Wales, including managing the day to day service, the management and delivery of information literacy support, literature search service, development of the onsite collections, and exhibitions and events. You'll also be responsible for managing the library and information service, its modernisation and development at RCN Wales.

To join us you will need to be a qualified librarian with a background in health libraries, experience in managing teams and an understanding of the devolved services in Wales and relevant government policy.
The ability to foster strong professional relationships and encourage close collaboration between all key stakeholders both internal and external to the RCN in Wales is at the heart of this Librarian and Information Services Manager role.
