RCN Cardiff Gate Office, 35 hours per week, permanent contract, hybrid working (40% in-person working, 60% RCN Cardiff Gate Office)

Salary range per annum: £28,998 - £32,736*

The role of the Business Support Administrator is to support the effective operational delivery of membership and customer subscriptions processing, finance reconciliation, departmental administration support and audit. They will also be responsible for maintaining accurate membership records on the RCN CRM.

In this varied role, every day will be filled with possibilities. You will get involved in everything from:
• Processing new membership applications and re-instatements, including processing payments via Direct Debit, cash and card.
• Processing and responding to member and customer enquiries received via any method.
• Undertaking membership systems tasks/process that support the membership subscription management
• Compiling reports/analysis on membership income received
• Undertaking audits of CRM records and departmental processes
• Undertaking other membership administrative tasks as required/directed.

As Business Support Team Administrator, you will be a part of the high-profile RCN membership team. This post is an ideal opportunity for you to develop your skills in database auditing, financial reconciliation and customer service.

As well as exceptional customer service, to join us you'll need the ability to use Microsoft Office Packages including MS Dynamics, Word, Excel, Outlook and the internet to an intermediate standard. Your interpersonal skills will be exceptional, as the ability to build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders will be vital. Your multi-tasking and prioritisation skills will also be highly developed.

*We offer a competitive pay structure with annual pay progression until you reach the top of the salary scale. We normally offer new employees the first point of the salary range, although you may be able to negotiate a higher starting salary depending on your skills, experience and current salary.

Our hybrid working model allows for up to 60% of your working time to be carried out from home. At least 40% of your working time will be spent working in person.
