The People and Organisational Development team enables the RCN to succeed through its people. Only through our talented and dedicated people can we deliver the high-quality products and services that keep our members and other customers with us and attract new ones every day.
As one of our Resourcing Advisers, you’ll support the delivery of a comprehensive end to end recruitment service to support the RCN’s strategic aims and objectives. This is a new additional role within our People Resourcing team to support the increasing resourcing needs across the organisation.
It's a job full of possibilities as you could get involved in anything from providing advice and support on resourcing initiatives and processes to undertaking resourcing related project.
You will be the first point of contact for recruitment activity across the RCN including liaising with job seekers, applicants, recruiting managers and external stakeholders, providing advice on all aspects of the process including media and the selection process. You’ll take responsibility for delivering a comprehensive, high quality recruitment service to managers and staff, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Providing a proactive and comprehensive people resourcing service to managers and staff is key to this role, particularly in the provision of providing solutions-focused advice and guidance to managers across the breadth of resourcing activity work.
You’ll need excellent verbal and written communication skills, a high level of attention to detail and accuracy and the ability to plan and prioritise workload to ensure deadlines are met under pressure.
