5 x 1 FTC posts for 21 months, 35 hours per week
1 x 0.5 FTE post for 21 months, 17.5 hours per week

Salary range £36,705 - £41,446 per annum pro rata* + London weighting of £5,094 per annum pro rata if applicable

As a Paralegal you’ll use your positive attitude and initiative, your excellent communication, written and presentation skills, and your ability to maintain the highest professional standards whilst working within tight timescales to deliver legal advice, support and representation to RCN members, Legal Officers and Senior Legal Officers in all aspects of regulatory law.

Working within a team, you will deliver excellent customer service to our members whilst maintaining the highest professional standards ensuring that you manage your time effectively and meet all deadlines.

*We offer a competitive pay structure with annual pay progression until you reach the top of the salary scale. We normally offer new employees the first point of the salary range, although you may be able to negotiate a higher starting salary depending on your skills, experience and current salary.

Our hybrid working model allows for up to 60% of your working time to be carried out from home. At least 40% of your working time will be spent working in person.
