RCN Scotland HQ with hybrid working, 35 hours, 12-month fixed term contract (maternity cover)
Salary range per annum: £28,998- £32,736*

As our Regional Administrator you’ll use your enthusiasm, your positivity and your customer service skills to deliver an exceptional service to our members.
It's a job full of possibilities as you could get involved in anything from diary management to administration of pay campaigns. We'll look to you to support our Service Manager to deliver our services to members. It's a great way to build on your skills and experience and develop your potential.
In the role you’ll need to be organised, able to work within tight timelines and have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office. You'll get involved in a wide range of activities and responsibilities.
You need to be able to work without supervision, have excellent time management skills and exceptional communication and customer service skills. You’ll also have strong prioritisation and organisation skills with the ability to handle confidential information.

*We offer a competitive pay structure with annual pay progression until you reach the top of the salary scale. We normally offer new employees the first point of the salary range, although you may be able to negotiate a higher starting salary depending on your skills, experience and current salary.

Our hybrid working model allows for up to 60% of your working time to be carried out from home. At least 40% of your working time will be spent working in person.
