Our senior managers are responsible for ensuring our business runs in accordance with our strategic plan and our governing body’s priorities. To do this, they are encouraged to aim high and to take ownership and accountability for their teams’ work.

Our senior managers provide leadership throughout our business. They are strategic thinkers who not only influence but deliver our objectives: translating the RCN’s vision into tangible aims and achievements.
As a senior manager at the RCN you’ll take responsibility for delivering vital projects that will transform the way we work and the services we offer our members. You’ll be expected to manage budgets and teams, and use your influencing skills to engage all staff with your work. Our Executive Team will rely on your advice and experience to inform their approach, and empower you to deliver the best in the ways you know how.
You’ll take decisions made at the highest level of the organisation and make their impact a reality, ensuring the RCN continues to grow and succeed while putting members at the forefront of all you do and maintaining our reputation as an excellent employer.
