Library Team Leader
RCN Northern Ireland, 21 hours, Permanent
As our Library Team Leader for our RCN Northern Ireland, Professional Development Department, you'll use your positive attitude and your excellent customer service skills to support our members.
Every day will be filled with possibilities as you find new ways to manage and support the development of your service. Taking care of our members will be your primary role, but you'll also see the possibilities that new members can bring. A key part of what you do will be to suggest innovative approaches to grow our membership.
A key part of what you do will be to deliver information literacy sessions using effective presentation skills. You will also develop productive relationships within and outside the team. This role requires you to have experience of using electronic resources and Library Management Systems.
